Two Pipe Bands for 2017

The star attraction at the 2017 Halkirk Highland Games will be the appearance of two pipe bands. They are; Thurso Pipe Band and for the very first time at Halkirk, the Inverness Royal British Legion Pipe Band. They will lead the Grand March from Bridge Street to the Games field at 12 noon in time for the opening ceremony at 12.15pm by the Games Chieftain the Rt. Hon. Viscount Thurso. The bands will play at regular intervals throughout the afternoon.
